- He has been in health care for over 14 years, assisting numerous physician practices, hospitals and other providers with key health care compliance issues, including coding/billing fraud, false claims, kickbacks, and Stark.
- Most recently Peter serves as a Compliance Officer for a 338-bed hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, managing overall compliance for the facility.
- He earned his JD and Master's of Public Health degrees from Emory University, concentrating in health law. He is also a Certified Professional Coder from the AAPC as well as Certified in Health Care Compliance from the HCCA.
